Service Description

Program Muay Thai (beginners & intermediates)   Open to men and women above 15 years old. The class covers warm-up, boxing techniques, elbows, kicks, punching bag workout stretching.   Coach  Prince Junior Nyembo is member of Sandsak´s organizations. Mr.Junior is the 2018 world champion, 2016 European champion and 2014 Benelux champion.    Prince is also available for private classes. Book your spot online.
