The Growing Lions Pogram (age 8-13) is designed to build a strong foundation and improve students over view of all positions, techniques and an introduction of more advanced Jiu Jitsu. Curriculum includes: - beginner & fundamental jiu jitsu techniques - coordination drills & movements - core concepts - beginner & advanced nogi concepts Book your spot online. *Due to Covid restrictions Max 8 students per class.
