Develop lethal hand-eye coordination, power, speed and endurance in our pads class. Combining cardio, strength-based workouts and traditional boxing training methods, this class is sure to challenge you and get you in shape. As an added bonus, boxing is also a fantastic stress buster. Come join the class – our pads can take it, and we’re sure you can, too!
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. The goal is to take a fight to the ground, gain a dominant position, then use joint-locks or choke holds and force an opponent to submit.
Muay Thai (or Thai Boxing) was developed several hundreds of years ago as a form of close combat that utilizes the entire body as a weapon. It is known as the “Art of Eight Limbs”.
The Muay Thai Teens program (age+12) is designed to introduce our youngest students to Muay Thai and help build coordination, teach Muay Thai techniques and ensure a strong foundation of Muay Thai.
