BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU (BJJ) IS A MARTIAL ART AND COMBAT SPORT THAT FOCUSES ON GRAPPLING AND MORE PARTICULARLY GROUND FIGHTING. THE GOAL IS TO GAIN A DOMINANT POSITION AND THEN USE JOINT-LOCKS AND CHOKEHOLDS TO FORCE AN OPPONENT TO SUBMIT. 

 
PROGRAMS

BEGINNERS PROGRAM

THE BEGINNERS PROGRAM IS THE FIRST CURRICULUM OF THE SCHOOL. THIS PROGRAM SERVES AS A PREPARATORY CLASS TO STUDENTS INTERESTED IN SERIOUSLY ENROLLING AT THE SCHOOL AND TRAINING REGULARLY. 

DURATION: 12-16 WEEKS

CURRICULUM: SELF-DEFENSE AND BASICS 

NEXT CURRICULUM: FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM 

FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM

THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO FOCUS ON THE CORE TECHNIQUES THAT EVERY JIU JITSU PRACTITIONER SHOULD KNOW. THIS GROUP WILL BE PREPARED TO ACHIVE THEIR BLUE BELT. 

DURATION: 10-12 WEEKS

CURRICULUM: FUNDAMENTALS TECHNIQUES

NEXT CURRICULUM: ADVANCED PROGRAM

ADVANCED PROGRAM

THIS PROGRAM WILL FOCUS ON LEARNING THE MODERN JIU JITSU TECHNIQUES. IT IS A PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE DETERMINED ON ACHIEVING THE BLACK BELT LEVEL. 

COMPETITION PROGRAM

THIS CLASS FOCUSES ON PREPARING OUR COMPETITORS FOR TOURNAMENTS. THIS CLASS WILL FEATURE CONDITIONING TRAINING, HARD SPARRING AND INTENSE DRILLS.

PRIVATE CLASS

A PRIVATE CLASS IS A GREAT TOOL FOR STUDENTS WITH BUSY SCHEDULE OR FOR STUDENTS WHO  WANT TO PROGRESS AT A FASTER PACE. PRIVATE CLASSES ARE A GREAT HELP FOR THEIR DEVELOPMENT. THE STUDENT CAN HAVE A ONE-TO-ONE TIME WITH THE INSTRUCTOR AND FOCUS ON SPECIFIC QUESTIONS.
